IBusiness is a 100% web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software developed by XSoft.
IBusiness principle is based on the database uniqueness, with the idea of an information technology used by all the company professions (purchasing, sales, inventory, finance …). This gives access to everybody, depending on its permission level, to the same information, without interface between different applications.

IBusiness integrates into one single software the whole company functions. No installation is realized in your office, only an Internet browser is necessary to use IBusiness. The hardware and software maintenance, the backups and the updates are wholly managed at XSoft. According to studies made by our customers, the total cost of IBusiness is from 50 to 75 % less than the one of a classical ERP system.

Thanks to its native mobility oriented conception, you can access to IBusiness indifferently from your office or from an external place (home, travel). You can also access to IBusiness indifferently from a Windows, Linux or Mac OS X workstation and it runs on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.
IBusiness environment is multilingual for the user interface, but also for the documents sent to third parties. IBusiness adapts automatically the used language depending on the context (user, customer, vendor). IBusiness is for the moment available in English, Chinese, Malay and other languages can be integrated upon request.
IBusiness wholly manages multicurrency operations. It can for instance, for a single item, perfectly manage the offer, the sales order, the invoice, and the payment in 4 different currencies, at 4 different dates (with different exchange rates). The statistics will of course be updated at once with the document currency and the company reference currency.
Being multilingual and multicurrency, IBusiness fits particularly well the needs of companies working in an international context.
IBusiness uses in all its modules color code visual alarms. This allows synthetic information on documents status and to immediately detect potential mistakes, problems or delays.
In recent years, encrypted communications and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technologies have been introduced to better protect user information. IBusiness uses Transport Layer Security (TLS), which is the latest evolution of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). It provides encryption of data communications to keep information safer and more secure as it is passed between IBusiness and the user.
- In addition, the authentication to IBusiness is made using encrypted passwords (512 bits hash function).
- The connection to IBusiness uses non standard TCP ports.
- We can also, upon request, restrict IBusiness access to one or a limited number of source IP addresses.
IBusiness runs on redundant servers with a real time databases replication. If one server becomes unavailable, IBusiness will be available again on another server in a few minutes.
IBusiness databases are backed up daily and can be restored in a few minutes.
